Join us at the farm for a beautiful afternoon designed especially for women to slow down, connect and enjoy a unique Rooted Wellness experience.

During this 90 minute workshop, we'll combine a practical wellness education with herbal and botanical learning, an herbal tea tasting, hands-on activities and the charm of an old-fashioned tea party!

Guests will sample four unique herbal tea blends while learning about the botanicals and flavors used to create them. We'll also talk about everyday stress, the body's stress response and simple ways to incorporate intentional moments of rest and relaxation into everyday routines.

After sampling the teas, you'll visit our Build-Your-Own Herbal Tea Bar and create a loose-leaf herbal tea blend to take home.

Dress up or come as you are! Tea-party dresses, florals and fun hats are welcome but certainly not required.

Space is intentionally limited to keep this experience relaxed, personal and hands-on. Advance registration is required.
