Root 937 was established in 2019 as an e-commerce business. Our journey began in Tampa, Florida, before returning to our Ohio Roots in 2021 to pursue our vision of building a destination centered around agriculture, hospitality, and community. Through experiences in retail storefronts and direct-to consumer/ business to business sales, we recognized the opportunity to create something more meaningful on our 45-acre farm. Today, we are developing The Winery at Root 937, a winery and vineyard destination that will offer handcrafted wines, wine tastings, vineyard experiences, private events, and community gatherings. As our vineyard expands from an initial three acres to a planned twenty plus acres, Root 937 will provide a unique setting where guests can enjoy Ohio wines, connect with local agriculture, and experience the welcoming atmosphere of a hometown winery.
