DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item is defective or damaged we'll make it right. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you. No need to worry about return shipping charges...It's on us. When filing a claim for a defective or damaged item, you must send us photo's of the items and of the defect and/or the damaged item as well as the damaged packaging (if applicable). Damaged packaging will be matched against photo's from UPS, FedEX, USPS, etc., in order to determine fault or whether or not damaged or defective item will be accepted as a return.
